Turkish Memories
One day, a friend brought a basket full of pomegranates from her garden, just for me to get inspired and paint them. This painting is one of many I've done. I set up a still life with elements I brought from trips abroad. I cannot help but paint pomegranates, they bring a lot of memories of growing in Argentina up and of my trip to Turkey, where they are available on street stalls, and they are so red and juicy.
