This Fleeting Passage
Oregon’s coastal tidepools are irresistible to me, in their ever-changing drama. This spot at Hug Point with its rugged vantage point and distant surf, reminded me of the transitory nature of every moment. This began with Nupastels and an alcohol wash underpainting, followed by a variety of soft pastels and finishing with pastel pencils.
