The Seasons

I am fascinated by trees and expressing their seasonal changes. On gator board, I underpainted with acrylic, added Golden ground, and then painted the 4 seasons, loosely based on trees at the end of my street. Basically, this was done from memory. I was trying to imagine the colors, temperature, and feeling of each season. The division between images is made with black resin to give a feeling of stained glass or a window.
