(2022) Cass County Michigan, 2016 Soft Pastel on Lux Archival sanded paper. I am currently fascinated with marsh landscapes. I laid in a value underpainting with Nu-pastel and rubbed it in to stain the paper before completing the rest of the painting with soft pastel.
