The Demoiselle Crane is one of the smaller cranes. The bright fall sunshine inspired me to capture this scene. I did an underpainting in watercolor and used various pastels - Girault, Terry Ludwig, Blue Earth, on UArt 400 Grit paper. It makes me smile each time I view it.
